This is with UT and World Affairs Council, and physical location is San Jacinto Residence/Event Hall on the University of Texas at Austin Main Campus
It's a hybrid event, InPerson plus online. UT has Video cameras etc., but we need someone who knows something about AV/Video and ideally access to a Mixer.
We will video the meeting, but need it to be connected to our platform HOPIN, which also uses Streamyard.
We can pay 500-600 dollars for the morning.
The person needs to have some experience with video/audio, but our team will teach them quickly about Hopin.
